About NDwise Hub Consulting

About Me

My name is Teodora (friends call me Teo), a late diagnosed AuDHD woman, consultant, speaker, writer, sensory integration facilitator, columnist for Connectiverse Magazine and parent to three neurodivergent children.

I help neurodivergent people, families, educators, professionals and organisations understand neurodivergence in a way that’s compassionate and practical with a focus on safety and agency.

Through my work, I challenge traditional deficit-based narratives around neurodivergence and help people rethink what support, inclusion, and belonging truly look like. Instead of focusing on fixing neurodivergent people, I consistently advocate for changing environments, expectations, and systems around them so they can actually thrive—whether that's at school, at work, at home, or in the community.

A big part of how I share these ideas is through my writing. Over on my Substack, I publish regular articles, reflections, and deep dives exploring what it truly means to navigate the world as a neurodivergent person.

Rather than simply advocating for neurodivergent people, I work alongside them, amplifying their voices and creating opportunities for genuine participation, understanding, and change. I like to believe that my approach is innovative because it boldly challenges long-held assumptions while offering practical pathways for individuals and organisations to do better.
