About Me

My name is Teodora (friends call me Teo), a late diagnosed AuDHD woman, speaker, consultant, writer, sensory integration facilitator and parent to three neurodivergent children.

Through my writing, resources, and community work, I challenge harmful narratives around neurodivergence and centre dignity, autonomy, and safety for neurodivergent people and their families.

I focus on amplifying neurodivergent voices, dismantling detrimental deficit based narratives and supporting meaningful cultural change in our society.

I have the privilege of working along side other incredible neurodivergent people and their organisations who continue to lead, challenge, and reshape the conversation around neurodivergence with honesty, courage, and lived experience.

My work stretches beyond raising awareness, because real change happens when neurodivergent voices are heard, valued, and given the space to lead the conversation.

At the heart of everything I do is a simple commitment:

to make the world safer, more affirming and more human for neurodivergent people.
